Every person is an individual and a training plan should reflect that. Want to start running, do a couch-to-5k or gearing up for a marathon, every aspect of it is tailored to you.
Our coaching services start with a 3-month minimum period. After that, it is up to you to choose to carry on with either a 3 monthly package or a 6 monthly package. Each package includes regular check-ins, running data analysis to help you improve and a tailored running schedule around your everyday life.

Monthly Online Running Coaching
All Coaching packages start with a 3 month minimum commitment, this ensures you get a good start and gives you time to see a difference with your running.
The first payment is £50 and then £60 every month after. After the first 3 months you can commit to either another
3 months at £60pm or 6 months at £50pm
Coaching Bolt On
This is an add for those local to LS25 to add on to their monthly coaching plans. This is an in person 1:1 coached running session. Helping motivate you to stay on track throughout your run.
Available with both the 3 months and the 6 months commitments.
1:1 Coaching Session
An in person coaching session for those local to LS25. This 1 hour session is ideal for those just needing additional support to their current training schedule.
